Consent to the Processing of Personal Data and Receiving Promotional and Informational Mailings

(hereinafter — the Site or Service) hereby gives their consent to LLC "Rafters" (TIN: 7100062726, address: 300057, Tula region, Tula, Puzakova St., 72a, hereinafter — the Operator) for the processing and provision of their personal data to the Operator under the conditions specified in this consent (hereinafter — the Consent).
Issuance (acceptance) of this Consent occurs upon registration on the Site, as well as through the use of the Site without registration.
This Consent applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about the User while using the Site. The Consent is given for the processing of all personal data posted by the User on the Site and/or provided to the Operator by other means (including, but not limited to: organization name; full name; website address; residential or location address; contact phone number; email address; date of birth; authorization data and User identifiers; cookies, including data collected by the Yandex.Metrica web analytics system — the list of such data is available on the corresponding web analytics system website).
2. The User confirms that all the data provided belong personally to them. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User. In case of providing false (inaccurate, unreliable) information, as well as failing to update outdated information, the User bears the risk of any negative consequences arising from providing incorrect information.

Consent to the processing of personal data is granted from the moment the User provides their personal data to the Operator without limitation of its validity period (until the User withdraws their Consent to personal data processing or until the moment the processing of personal data is terminated).

The User also gives their consent to receive promotional and informational mailings to their email address in the form of electronic messages, namely: information about the account status on the Site, invoice payments, other informational messages related to the registered account; Service news — updates, new features, and more; information about existing Service tools — promotions and contests; news, information about useful articles, and more; information about the Operator’s partners, their promotions and offers, and more.
5. The User is informed that they have the right to withdraw their Consent at any time (including their consent to receive the Operator’s promotional and informational mailings) by submitting a written statement to the Operator. Withdrawal of Consent, as well as other written statements, may be sent by the User via registered mail with inventory of enclosures to the Operator’s address and to the email address admin@rafters-tula.ru
6. The Operator is obliged, within 10 (ten) business days from the receipt of the corresponding request, to cease processing the personal data. After the User withdraws their Consent, the processing of personal data is terminated, and the User’s personal data must be destroyed.
