Our chef Vladimir Batov is one of those who grows edible flowers, makes his own cheese, and knows the taste of the forest. With stints at Renaissance and Twiggy, his own chèvre from a goat farm, and now a new chapter in Tula: local ingredients, a smoker, and a deep love for meat.
