RAFTERS CONCEPT

NEW ORLEANS ATMOSPHERE IN THE HEART OF TULA

unique collection of vintage vinyl, large-scale festivals, and cuisine with a distinctive New Orleans flair
In the very heart of Tula, within the walls of an 18th-century historic building, a unique dialogue of eras and cultures comes to life.

RAFTERS opens a new chapter in its story — a concept inspired by the soul and rhythm of New Orleans. A city where jazz was born on the streets, and the air is filled with the spirit of freedom, Creole hospitality, and the eternal celebration of life.

This is not just a style — it’s a living, pulsating feeling.
New Orleans is the cradle of jazz, where music doesn’t just play — it permeates every street, every brick.
That’s exactly the energy we bring to life at RAFTERS.
At the center of our hall stands a symbol of this living connection — the Yamaha NU1XA hybrid piano, the only one of its kind in Russia. Its keys preserve the warmth of acoustic sound while also capable of producing modern electronic timbres, becoming the beating heart of our musical evenings.

We take special pride in our extensive collection of vintage vinyl, lovingly curated for true authentic sound. Real connoisseurs will hear not only the classics but also rare recordings sourced from the most hidden music shops around the world.

The sound in the hall is flawless, thanks to iconic vintage ALTEC and McIntosh systems. This equipment is the gold standard of quality, allowing you to hear every note, every half-tone, and every whisper of the saxophone exactly as the artist intended. This isn’t just sound — it’s a tactile experience that immerses you right into the heart of the music.
Our gastronomic concept is an ode to the vibrant and multifaceted cuisine of New Orleans. Executive Chef Nikita Sechin has reimagined classic Louisiana dishes, preserving their spirit while giving them a modern twist.
The 18th-century walls, exposed ceiling rafters—which gave the restaurant its name—and tactile furniture create a sense of warmth and solidity. In summer, our courtyard terrace transforms into a corner of the French Quarter, where under the stars and to the sound of evening jazz, a unique, almost magical atmosphere comes alive.

Rafters is more than just a restaurant. It is a cultural bridge between Tula and New Orleans—a place where past and present meet, where vinyl plays with warmth, and food tells its own story. It is a space to slow down, feel the rhythm of jazz, and experience life with true soul.

Welcome to our New Orleans!
